Elizabeth Goldman

Elizabeth Goldman is the founder of La Loma Group, an organizational and community development consulting firm. In nearly 20 years working in public sector and nonprofit agencies, with 13 years in executive roles, she has established herself as a community builder and change agent, tackling local and regional issues, building strong teams, and strategically positioning organizations for success. As a consultant, strategist, coach, and trainer, Elizabeth brings systems thinking, analytical skill, and emotional intelligence to the work of building organizational capacity to strengthen communities. She has degrees from Stanford University and the University of Michigan.
